Where have I been??

Barry's mother called us and told us his grandfather wasn't doing good health wise and said she would pay for us to go there and visit him if we drove her back to Indiana. Barry got leave and off we were. The drive to NY wasn't bad at all because it was "bedtime" and the girls (and I) slept most of the trip. The way back, WOW! I do not want to do that for a long time. Liliana was a monster. She was not liking the van on the way home and we even split up the trip on the way home by stopping in Indiana to spend 2 days with his mother and brother. On the way to NY we didn't stop to sleep, only for gas, food and potty breaks (30 hrs). 

Anywho! We didn't tell anyone but his mother so we arrived at my mom's house and stood over her while she was sleeping haha. She was surprised alright! The visit was nice. We did A LOT of driving around to see everyone but there were some friends I would have liked to see but it was just not possible with our time limit. One great thing was we met up with my father and he got to meet the girls. He met Wynter a few years ago when I was in NY and my grandmother passed away but it wasn't like we sat around and talked. We had a great time seeing everyone and the girls enjoyed being back and playing with cousin Daisy! 

I will post pictures later. We are trying to get the house back to normal and loads of laundry done!
